Pricing
Our exclusive cultural and private experiences are designed to deliver comfort, authenticity, and unforgettable memories. From traditional encounters and scenic routes to personalized coordination, each journey reflects our dedication to excellence and care.
Experiences begin at USD $600 per person, inclusive of an expert English-speaking guide, ensuring you enjoy the highest standard of service and insight. For bespoke private tours, rates start at USD $400 for groups of up to six guests, offering full customization according to your preferences and schedule.
Please note that pricing may vary depending on seasonality, route, and service options. Each full itinerary is individually crafted to meet your exact travel goals. For a personalized quotation, please contact us! we look forward to curating your perfect Japan experience.
PAYMENT TERMS
Currently, we are not processing credit card payments. We accept payments via bank transfer or cash, payable after the service.
SERVICE TIME PLAN

10-Hour Plan: Applicable for Tokyo Tour, Yokohama Tour, and Osaka Tour
-
12-Hour Plan: Applicable for Hakone Tour, Mt. Fuji Tour, Nikko Tour, and Kamakura Tour
Additional Overtime Charge: An additional $35 per hour will apply beyond the agreed tour duration.

Entrance fees to attractions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email during our business hours (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. JST).
Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
The effective date of cancellation will be the date and time when TOKYO LUXEY receives your written notice, based on Japan Standard Time (GMT+9). Please take into account the time difference between Japan and your country when submitting your cancellation request.
For Bespoke Tours & Experience Bookings

30 to 8 days prior to the start date: 50% of the total estimated amount will be charged.

3 days prior, on the day of the event, or in the case of a no-show: 100% of the total estimated amount will be charged.

Transportation Service
Enjoy a comfortable private ride with our Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin, operated by English-speaking drivers for your safety and convenience. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off between your accommodation and tour destinations are included in every FLTF Japan Travel & Tour Coordination. Transportation is provided only as part of our tour packages.
Accommodation Arrangement
We are delighted to assist and recommend accommodations that suit your travel style and budget — from premium hotels and traditional Japanese ryokans to affordable, family-friendly Airbnb stays. Our goal is to ensure your comfort throughout the journey as part of a complete and well-planned itinerary. Please note that we only coordinate and recommend dining options as part of our tour packages and do not handle stand-alone restaurant reservations.
Dining Arrangement
We recommend and assist in selecting memorable dining experiences as part of your full itinerary — from Michelin-starred restaurants and authentic local favorites to exclusive private dinners in unique venues such as a Kyoto temple or Tokyo art gallery. Please note that we only coordinate and recommend dining options as part of our tour packages and do not handle stand-alone restaurant reservations.
